'Composed and Collected' - Annie Henry - Libby Pentreath - Greg Dyer.

A contemporary acoustic trio of very experienced musicians performing an eclectic mix of original, acoustic guitar-led songs, occasional covers and original instrumentals.

The musicians are; Annie Henry (guitar and vocals), Libby Pentreath (guitar and vocals) and Greg Dyer (percussion and backing/solo guitar). Pics - Chas Gooding.

Their live performances feature tracks selected from several CD albums as well as new songs - each chosen for the unique way they complement each other. The result is a contrasting, intriguing mix of songs - which while striking their own individual mood also work together to produce a rich, melodic narrative on life and love.

Known for their on-stage warmth, wit and mischief, as well as their quality musicianship and song-writing talent, the trio's unique, uplifting, energised and engaging performances appeal to a wide variety of audiences.

The trio is available for public and private gigs, festivals, weddings, parties etc...

Libby has lived in Cornwall since 1998 and has been playing guitar and writing songs since the age of 15 – self taught and still a musician from the ‘play by ear’ school of music, she has spent time playing in a multitude of musical genres and styles over the years. She has also specifically written songs for other artists to record and perform.

‘I love the way writing songs allows me to unfold words into a story or to collate them into a collage of thoughts words and images. People ask what a song is about – it could be about bits of situations and feelings mixed up together, not necessarily any one thing.’

Libby worked with Frankie Abbot in Penzance to produce her album ‘As far as I can see’. Both Annie and Greg performed on it.
