I introduced Pebble to the world as she was upset about being a colour she thought was dull.  

The story is to help young children realise that we are all different and can be happy in our own bodies and minds and enjoy our lives as we are.  

It's okay to 'dress up' but it's also ok to be ourselves and be happy as ourselves.
